Kerry Yeastex® is a balanced blend of minerals and proteins, formulated to optimize yeast activity during fermentation. The use of Yeastex® prevents slow or incomplete fermentation, making the brewing process more reliable and easier to control. Recommended Usage For 5 gallons, mix 0.5-1 grams of Yeastex® with a small amount of water. Add the solution to the brewing kettle 15 minutes before strike-out.
