This All grain German Altbier style brew twice received points over 40 in judging (45,42). 6.1% ABV, a little higher than the style should be, but it sure doesn't hurt the beer. 16.8 SRM 29 IBUs.

4 varieties of malt, 3 hops, Irish Moss included in kit. We recommend Wyeast German Ale yeast.
