Bentonite 50 Lb Bulk

Fining agent that speeds clearing of wine by removing proteins that form pectin haze. Closest thing to an all-purpose fining agent. Recommended usage is 4 teaspoons to 1/2 cup warm water. Dissolve completely and add to wine.
