Bean Yard Long per oz.

Not a true bean, it is a relative of the Mung Bean and Cowpea. Its long pods are best eaten at the 12-16 inch size, cut in lengths and use as a snap bean. Its flavor is more like asparagus than that of regular beans. Steam, stir fry or use in soups. Approximately 80 days to maturity.
