Lakefront Fixed Gear Red Ale #1

Fixed Gear is a big, bold American red ale. It pours a glaring crimson tone with a rocky white head and a brilliant floral-citrus aroma, thanks to an aggressive dry hopping. Its immodest, malty spine and intrepid caramel flavors blow in via gratuitous amounts of 2-row pale and dark caramel malts. A balanced citrus bite comes from Chinook and Cascade hops followed shortly by mild, fruity esters from the ale yeast. 6.8% ABV 33 IBU 3.58 Untappd $5/pint

Padital IPA from O’So #2

Double dry hopped with Calypso and Ekuanot, this one is more of a classic IPA, no sweet juicy fruit here…

6.5% ABV 3.62 Untappd Score $7/pint

Coconut Porter from City Lights $5.50/pint #3

Bright, pleasing malt character is cradled in a soft, cushiony, smooth mouthfeel that glides easily down the throat at each swallow. Lip-smacking hints of coffee and chocolate readily move across the tongue, as the dark body gives up its aromatic coconut roastedness. The addition of Madagascar Vanilla comes through in the finish to round out the sweetness of this delicious beer. 5.3% ABV, 35 IBU Untappd Score 3.8

Warped Speed Strong Scotch Ale from Lake Louie Brewing #4

Brewed in the classic scotch ale style of the 1700′s, with a deep reddish-brown color. Full of body, sweetness and flavor, with a smooth, lightly hopped finish. Serve at 45°F in a room temperature pint glass. For the ‘Big Beer’ drinkers among us. 6.9% ABV 24 IBU 3.75 Untappd Score $6/pint

Velveteen Habit American IPA from Ale Asylum #5

A floral hop nose and a juicy Citra hop intensity blend with a balanced malt spine for a touch of sweetness and a crisp hop bite. This is a refreshing IPA that challenges your taste buds without fatiguing them. 7.5% ABV 52 IBU Untappd Score 3.87 $6/pint

Night Rain Porter from O’So #6

Night Rain is a complex oatmeal porter crafted with ridiculous amounts of crystal malt, leading to the caramel flavors, and Munich malts to envelop a rich, smooth, and creamy experience. Flavors of caramel, chocolate and fruit tease the palate. 7.2% ABV 87/100 Score on Beer Advocate 49 IBU 3.73 Untappd Score $5.50/snifter

Autumnal Fire Doppelbock from Capital $5/snifter #7

Alluring and intriguing, a legendary doppelbock with malt complexities hinting at dark fruit and mysterious sugars. Brandy Snifter time! 7.8% ABV 28 IBU 3.7 Untappd Oktillion Octoberfest from Ale Asylum #8

This Märzen lager boasts an intricate blend of American and European malt for a light amber color and soft, bready malt flavor with a crisp finish and no residual sweetness.   6% ABV 20 IBU 3.65 Untappd Score $6.50/stein

Mango IPA from Littleport #9

We had a bit of wort leftover from our Grandma Latka Lager, so we added some mango and hops for this mango IPA. $5/pint

Kiwi Wit from Littleport #10

This 400 year old beer style originated in Belgium. Spicy and citrusy flavors come from additions of bitter & sweet orange peel, lemon peel, and coriander. Then we ever so lightly added the fruitiness of a kiwi. Crisp with a dry, tart, finish, this is usually a summer/fall beer. 5.1% ABV 15 IBU 146.3 kcal/12oz $4/pint

Mikko Suave Sahti from Littleport #11

The brewer is 31% Finnish, and Wisconsin has a huge Finnish population up nort’, so we just had to make this Finnish standard beer. Not your regular brew, with few hops, the Finns used the fresh spruce and juniper candle branches available in spring to get that piney hop feel. Saison Calais farmhouse yeast rounds out the flavor of this Finnish low calorie brew. If you are Finnish, you just have to taste your heritage. You are probably either going to really like it, or really dislike it, so try it in a sampler first. Our most popular growler brew. 4.1% ABV, 15.9 IBU 128.1 kcal/12 oz $4/snifter

Scottish Mist from Littleport #12

Scotland originally had little access to hops, so this is a low hop aroma brew. With medium malty sweetness and light fruitiness this is the lowest alcohol/lowest calorie level of any beer we’ll brew. The slight peaty aroma is sometimes perceived as earthy and/or smoky. Malt is the primary flavor, yet it is not too sweet. The medium-low mouthfeel and body are due to low alcohol. Brewed for the thrifty Scot that wanted flavor without inflated cost. Serve at 45°F in a room temperature pint glass. 3.4% ABV 14 IBU Calories: 87.2 kcal/12oz $4/pint

Another from Littleport #13

Raspberry Wit: This 400 year old beer style originated in Belgium. Spicy and citrusy flavors come from additions of bitter & sweet orange peel, lemon peel, and coriander. Then we added a touch of raspberry. Crisp with a dry, tart, finish, this is usually a summer/fall beer. 5.1% ABV 15 IBU 146.3 kcal/12oz $5/pint

Black Currant Cream Ale from Littleport #14

Built on our standard Cream Ale recipe with Admiral, Palisade and Pacifica hops and pale and pilsner malts, this Cream Ale is tweaked with a bit of black currant to provide a light, citrusy and fruity fall ale. 5.4% ABV, 17.4 IBU, 158 kcal/12oz $5.00/pint

Helles a place on Earth from Littleport #15

American and German Pilsner malts and Pale male from the Netherlands combine with German and American hops and Munich Lager yeast to build this Racine style Imperial Helles Bock. Pale, strong, malty and hoppy- the hops in a Helles are a bit stronger than in most other bocks. 8.1% ABV 47 IBUs Calories: 237.3 kcal/12oz $6/pint

Hop Snack N.E. Pale Ale from O’so #16

Juicy pale ale brewed and dry hopped with Idaho 7, Denali, and El Dorado.

ABV 5.5%, 3.71 Untappd Score $6/pint

Down Under the Coconut Tree from Littleport #17

Australian style brew with Caramel Steam malt & Australian Galaxy hops. This is a simple, easy drinking ale with a bit of coconut to quench your thirst in the hot Australian climate or our steamy Wisconsin nights. 4.1% ABV 30 IBUs Calories: 121.3 kcal/12oz $4.50/pint

XXX Birch Beer Soda 10% ABV from Littleport #18

This is the alcoholic version of our birch beer soda. Birch beer tastes like a rootbeer met a cream ale and fizzed… 10% ABV $5.50/snifter

Belgian Sailor Wit from Littleport #19

This 400 year old beer style originated in Belgium. Spicy and citrusy flavors come from additions of bitter & sweet orange peel, lemon peel, and coriander. Crisp with a dry, tart, finish, this is usually a summer/fall beer. 5.1% ABV 15 IBU 146.3 kcal/12oz $4.50/pint

The Queen Imperial Stout from Indeed Brewing Company #20

Aged in whiskey barrels for 7 months, this beer pours pitch black with a creamy tan head. The aroma is a marriage of whiskey, oak, dark malts, vanilla and raisins, backed by an inviting mouthfeel full of smooth whiskey, dark chocolate, oak and vanilla flavors. 10.5% ABV 55 IBU 4.15 Untappd Score $8/Snifter

Badger Club Amber Lager from Wisconsin Brewing #21

An approachable, easy-drinking, malt-emphasized yet balanced beer that is the perfect accompaniment for almost any occasion. 5.5% ABV 3.53 Untappd Score $4.50/pint

Looking for a Sour? Try O’so’s Infectious Groove Sour Blonde Ale!$4.50

Extremely pale yellow in color, Infectious Groove is everything you loved about a Berliner Weisse. 3.9% ABV. A large percentage of raw wheat is used in this brew to produce a foamy head in your glass that will give way to aromas of ripe lemons as it recedes. Refreshingly tart acidity would be an understatement, and a light mouthfeel that finishes dry, begging you to drink more greets you at the end of every sip. This is the first sour commercially available year round in Wisconsin! 2 IBU 3.64 Untappd Score
