Native to Mediterranean Europe and Western Asia, oregano is a compact flowering shrub in the mint family. Also known as wild marjoram, it was traditionally used as a culinary herb, adding a deeply herbaceous flavor and aroma to dishes. Oregano essential oil contains the powerful constituent carvacrol, which provides much of its characteristic aroma and contributes to the warming sensation this oil creates when applied topically to the skin. Due to the skin-warming sensation, Oregano essential oil must be diluted to apply to the skin. Oregano Vitality™ adds a delicious, savory flavor to your favorite culinary dishes. It may also provide immune and digestive support when taken as a dietary supplement.* Oregano and Oregano Vitality are the same essential oil.
Directions
Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 4 drops of V-6™ or olive oil. Test on a small area of skin on the underside of the arm and apply to desired area as needed. Aromatic: Diffuse up to 10 minutes 3 times daily.

Suggested Uses
Diffuse Oregano at home to create a comforting environment while cleansing the air of odors.
Add Oregano to V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex and massage it into fatigued muscles after activity.
Add Oregano Vitality in small amounts by touching a toothpick to the oil and then touching the toothpick to your various dishes for extra flavoring, particularly in Mexican and Mediterranean dishes.
Put 1 drop of Oregano Vitality and 1 drop of V-6 in a veggie capsule and take it as a dietary supplement daily to help support a healthy immune system.*
Add a drop of Oregano Vitality to a green smoothie to help cleanse the digestive system.*
