Bergamot is cultivated primarily in southern Italy and has been used in the Middle East for hundreds of years as a flavoring, perfume, and addition to moisturizers and cosmetics. Cold pressed from the fresh bergamot fruit that gives Earl Grey tea its distinctive flavor, Bergamot Vitality™ essential oil has a fresh, complex citrus taste that makes it the perfect addition to many summer dishes. In addition, it may provide cardiovascular and general wellness support when taken internally.*

Directions

Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 1 drop of V-6™ Vegetable Oil Complex and apply as needed.

Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily.

Suggested Uses

• Diffuse Bergamot with Lavender or Ylang Ylang to create a luxurious, relaxing environment.

• Create a signature perfume by mixing Bergamot with a floral middle note, like Jasmine or Geranium, and a musky base note, like Cedarwood, Patchouli, or Frankincense.

• Add 1–2 drops of Bergamot Vitality to a vegetarian gel capsule and take daily for cardiovascular and general wellness support.*
