Citrus – especially lime zest, orange, and grapefruit
Stone Fruit – subtle hints of peach or apricot
Floral and Herbal – some people also detect light floral or green herbal notes, though they’re secondary
Sitiva is often described as clean, modern, and expressive, making it popular for use in hazy IPAs, pale ales, and other hop-forward styles. It really shines in late hop additions or dry hopping where those fruity aromatics really pop.It is ideal for aroma, whirlpool, and dry hop additions any hoppy styles where a combination of tropical fruit, stone fruit, and citrus-lime aromatics are desired.
