Breeding/Development: Washington, USA. Also known as VGXP01 and is exclusively managed by Virgil Gamache Farms of Toppenish, WA, where it was originally found growing wild in 1998. Brewing Application: With respectable alpha acid content, Amarillo® can be a dual-purpose hop and contribute to bittering additions, but with its unique, highly sought-after aromas and flavors combined with high demand, it’s most often seen in late-kettle or whirlpool additions and as a dry hop. A fixture in American pale ale, IPA, and Imperial IPA formulations. Sensory: Diverse aromas depending on picking time. Early harvest brings aromas of lemon and candy. Breeding/Development: Washington, USA. The hop formerly known as #483 from the American Dwarf Hop Association, Azacca® is named for the Haitian god of agriculture. Brewing Application: Excellent aromatic qualities make Azacca® a go-to hop for late and dry hop additions in a variety of styles, although its high myrcene fraction has made it a favorite of IPA brewers. Shows well as a single hop in a simple grist. Sensory: Intense and tropical. Breeding/Development: USA. One of the classic “C” hops of American craft beer, many acres in Oregon and Washington are under Centennial. Bred in 1974 and released in 1990, its complex parentage includes Brewers Gold, Fuggle, and East Kent Goldings. Brewing Application: Dual purpose with high alpha acids and excellent aromatic capabilities. Widely used as a finishing or dry hop as a stand-alone variety or part of a blend. Excellent in all styles of American IPAs, pale ales, stouts, and porters; also welcome at lower intensities in American-style wheat and blonde ales. Sensory: Predominantly citrus but with undertones like lemongrass and pine needles often evident. Breeding/Development: Washington, USA. Developed by the USDA breeding program and released in 1985 as a high-alpha variety, Chinook eventually found traction among craft brewers as a unique aroma and flavor hop. Its ancestry includes Petham Golding and USDA 63012. Brewing Application: Dual purpose. Thanks to its high alpha content and moderate cohumulone, Chinook delivers potent, smooth bitterness but also contributes specific pine notes highly desirable in an IPA dry hop. Sensory: Strongs notes of grapefruit define this hop. Pungent suggestions of mountain pine and resin (especially as a dry hop) with citrus and fragrant dried herb in the background. Hops US Cluster 8 oz. BSG Pellets

Cluster excellent general purpose Hop with medium and well balanced bittering potential and no undesirable Aroma properties. Good for Dark Beers and Light and Dark American Lagers. Dual purpose Hop which is used for bittering with a floral and spicy Breeding/Development: USA. Cluster is the oldest hop variety grown in the US, and until relatively recently it accounted for the majority of the acreage as well.
