About the Kit
This golden California IPA is hop-forward, with subtle notes of caramel and biscuit. Amarillo® and Centennial hops work in harmony to create a complex, juicy hop profile featuring tropical and citrus flavors of tangerine and grapefruit, balanced by a moderate bitterness.

Food Pairings
Best served in an IPA glass at around 45°F (7°C), this bold and hoppy beer pairs well with Fajitas, sushi, buffalo wings, chips and salsa, salads with mixed greens and citrus, and flavorful cheeses such as aged Cheddar or Gorgonzola.
