26th Anniversary | This imperial stout was aged for 33 months in J. Henry & Sons bourbon barrels. These barrels are crafted from Wisconsin grown oak, air dried for over two years to reduce tannins extracted from the wood, then rested with their bourbon for at least five years. We knew exactly what base beer we wanted to put into them, and we think you’ll be happy with the end result! | Central Waters
Amburana Daley Doppelbock | Our Daley Doppelbock aged with Amburana wood for a lighter SPICY wood aged experience. Amburana wood has distinct notes of cinnamon and ginger. | Littleport
American Imperial Stout BA | No pastry ingredients. No dessert homage. Just pure unadulterated rich bourbon barrel stouty goodness with notes of cocoa, coffee, vanilla and oak courtesy of malt and 18 months in the barrel. Brewed in support of our high-end boot-loving friends at Stitchdown for their @stitchdownbootcamp event celebrating all things leather footwear | 4.359 | Untitled Art |
Barrel Aged Pumpkin | The full, moderately-bright mouthfeel starts with pumpkin pie spice and caramel malt with oaky-vanilla brandy barrel flavors in tow, and finishes with lingering oak and malty sweetness. | 4.03 | Lakefront |
Big Jim Bourbon Brown | Flavors of bourbon, roasted malts, and vanilla meld together for a deep, dark, and delicious brew. | 3.89 | Hillsboro |
Bourbon Barrel Grand Cru | Belgian strong ale aged in bourbon barrels letting the complexities of its malt composition perfectly marry with the nuances of oak and Kentucky. Pours ruby red with citrus aroma, complex malt flavors and a slightly sweet and subtle bitter finish. | 3.97 | Hinterland |
Butter Pecan Maple Barrel Stout | We gave our freshly dumped bourbon barrels to B&E’s Trees, where they went into a long slumber housing their magnificent Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup. We then took that magical barrel back and aged an Imperial Stout in it, providing the earthy nuttiness of the Wisconsin Maple Trees to an already outstanding barrel aged stout. Enjoy this expression of collaboration and pure Wisconsin character. And then we took it one step further, turning up the nuttiness to eleven. Our Maple Barrel Stout meets smooth, luscious butter pecan goodness. | 4.52 | Central Waters |
Coconut S’Mores Pastry Stout | The Stout Squad™ (cc: @angrychairbrewing) rides again for another decadently delicious dessert you can drink! Cocoa nibs, toasted coconut flakes and brown sugar meld with notes of marshmallow and graham cracker to craft a gooey liquid take on a campfire favorite. Aged for a full TWO YEARS in bourbon barrels, this behemoth-of-a-brew’s oaky smoothness belies its formidable 17% ABV. Skip the sticky fingers and sip your s’mores instead. | 4.408 | Untitled Art |
Cuvee Blend | Our yearly release of a beer that proves that some things are greater than the sum of their parts. This year’s Cuvee Blend features: 33% Barleywine Aged in Bourbon Barrels 33% Belgian-Style Quad with Figs and Molasses Aged in Rye Whiskey Barrels, 33% Russian Imperial Stout Aged in Bourbon Barrels | 4.41 | 3 Sheeps |
FEW Gin Barrel Aged Blonde | Our North Beach Blonde ale aged in Few Gin Barrels for 4 months. | Littleport
German Chocolate Cake Imperial Stout | We tied on the apron once again and barrel-aged a baked beauty with the Keg Bosses at Xül Beer Co! We baked (err, brewed) our German Chocolate Cake Pastry Stout, layered with cocoa nibs, toasted coconut flakes and pecan and rested it for 2 years in bourbon barrels until it reached silky sweet perfection. Notes of oak, vanilla and Bavarian cream are the icing on the cake. | 4.475 | Untitled Art |
Headless Heron BBA Pumpkin & Yam Stout | Generously spiced with nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves, this barrel-aged Pumpkin Spice Ale overflows with dark fruit, dried fruit, and hints of bourbon. Perfect for settling in to watch a few leaves fall to the ground. | 3.95 | Central Waters |

Padishah 2023 Imperial Stout Waterford Stillhouse | Imperial/Double Stout | 4.14 | Mobcraft |
Paradocs Red Bulleit | The Imperial Red is the brew that started it all for Raised Grain. It’s a full-bodied beer with a bright hop aroma and initial caramel notes that are enlightened by a slightly citrus, acidic finish. This beer springs from the Scottish pedigree and Belgian royalty of our two brewers. This beer ales what cures you. | 3.86 | Raised Grain |
Public Indecency Imperial Stout | 2022’s indecently large imperial stout. Aged on oak with vanilla | 4.11 | Public |

ThousandFold BBA | Thousandfold is a substantial beer with an abundance of complexity, so let’s get right to it – rich, roasted malt flavors like bakers chocolate and coffee are deepened through the process of oak aging while vanilla, charred oak, and caramel notes are introduced by the barrels. An expected but well-integrated bourbon sweetness is offset by a touch of bitterness from the hops, while additional flavors of mocha, praline, nutmeg and hazelnut round out the finish. | 4.035 | Company |
Whiskey Barrel Aged Imperial Stout | Sweet barrel aged stouts are great, but we needed an alternative, so this batch we made to be on the drier, more bitter, and highly oaked side. Like Oak? You have it here! | Littleport
Woodshed IPA | Who’d have thought a hybrid English/ American oaked IPA would become our flagship and best selling beer? Walking the line between tradition and invention, inviting floral/citrus hop aromas and vanillin-rich French oak notes accent this perfectly balanced, distinctive India pale ale.
